1. Scope

These terms of use govern the use of the app AI-it provided by NALSO UG (limited liability). By downloading and using the app, you agree to these terms.

2. App Features

The app allows users to:

  • Submit text requests (prompts) via an API (GPT API from OpenAI).
  • Create content such as lists that can be stored in the app.

Using the features requires registration, which is solely for preventing misuse.

3. License to Use the App

  • You are granted a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the app.
  • It is not allowed to modify, reverse-engineer, reproduce, or commercially use the app or parts of it.
  • To prevent abuse, the number of lists is currently limited to 1,000 per month. Unused lists will be carried over to the following month until the end of the year. At the end of the year, the counter will be reset.

4. User Obligations

You are solely responsible for the use of the app and the content you create or process. It is your responsibility to ensure that the use of the app complies with applicable legal regulations in your personal or professional context.

5. Disclaimer

  • The app is provided “as is.” No warranty is given regarding the absence of errors, availability, or suitability for a particular purpose.
  • NALSO UG (limited liability) is not liable for any damages resulting from the use of the app, unless they are based on intent or gross negligence.

6. Intellectual Property

All rights to the app, including the source code, designs, and all content, remain with NALSO UG (limited liability).

7. Termination of Use

NALSO UG (limited liability) reserves the right to block access to the app or discontinue the service if necessary.

8. Changes to Terms of Use

NALSO UG (limited liability) may change these terms at any time. The modified terms will be announced in the app.
