Privacy Policy – AI-it
AI-it creates calendar events from natural language. This policy explains what data we process and for what purpose.

Data We Process
- Inputs/prompts you type in the app (processed by our AI provider, currently OpenAI).
- Calendar data (title, description, location, start/end time, attendees) to create events in your Google Calendar.
- Basic Google account data (openid, email, profile) for sign-in.
Purposes
Parsing your text into structured events and creating those events via the Google Calendar API.
Legal Basis
Your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) provided through the OAuth consent flow.
Third Parties
- Google (Google Calendar API) – to create calendar events.
- OpenAI – to transform your text into structured events.
Storage
OAuth tokens are stored only locally in the iOS Keychain. We do not operate our own server that stores personal data.
Revocation & Deletion
You can revoke access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions. Removing the app deletes locally stored data.
Your Rights
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability, and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
